This is Damselvanian Betty, she has job as kunoichi to to rescue her team in a mysterious dungeon.
After reach the most bottom floor, she surprise to see Twilight and her team there too, Twilight quickly summon the tentacles and catch Betty out before she escape.
Before put into her kunoichi collection in her castle, Twilight let her tentacles pet play with Betty for long time before, with Lisa and Tomoe before she bring them into her castle.
